We are delighted to have with us Kirsten Bell, RD, a registered dietitian from Thoughtful House Center for Children, here in Austin. Kirsten has been working to meet the special dietary needs of children with developmental delays and disorders since 2008. She works with both adults and children, and has experience in gluten-free and casein-free dietary protocols, the Specific Carbohydrate Diet, Low Oxalate Diet, IgG reactive food avoidance, Body Ecology Diet, and elemental dietary protocols. Thoughtful House is Austin's own world-class medical clinic for the treatment of autism. People bring their children with autism to Thoughtful House from all over the world.
Please join us! We meet every first Thursday (except major holidays) at the Old Quarry Library, 7051 Village Center Drive, Austin 78731, just off Far West Blvd, between the Post Office and HEB. All meetings are free and open to the public, but please leave your children at home if possible. Feel free to bring a brown bag lunch.
