Deliveries
Time of shipment promised is approximate and is not guaranteed. We will make every effort to meet requested deliveries but are not responsible for damages of any kind due to a delay in shipment or delivery.

Returns
All returns must occur within 30 days of purchase. All returns may be subject to a standard restocking fee equal to 30% of the purchase price. Merchandise must be in new condition when returned or the customer may be assessed a fee up to the full purchase amount. The customer must obtain prior approval before returning merchandise.

Receipient is responsible for all customs or duties fees that may be assessed on purchase.

We offer free counseling services as well as in-depth, paid consultations to help patients meet their health-related goals. Our amazing staff also puts on regular seminars. (See below.)

Compounding
We are one of the few pharmacies in Austin that can compound or “custom-make” your medications according to your specific needs. Whether you are allergic to preservatives or dyes, sensitive to the strength of a medication, or need a medication in a different form, we can help - we can even make vet treats for pets!
