Browsing: this site uses Google Analytics, to understand how visitors find and use the site, and one lightweight advertising-attribution pixel (Magellan AI) to measure how well our ads work; neither is loaded on prescription transfer or refill pages. Both load only after you choose “Accept” on our cookie notice, you can change your mind anytime via the Cookie Preferences link in the footer, and we honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal as an automatic opt-out. Beyond those two, no third-party analytics or trackers run here. Online shopping takes place on our separate storefront at peoplesrx.storebyweb.com, which has its own checkout.
Newsletter: if you sign up, we collect your email address to send wellness tips, events, and offers. Unsubscribe anytime via the link in any email.
Prescription transfer requests: the transfer form collects your contact details, date of birth, prescription information, and (optionally) insurance details — the minimum we need to move your prescription. This is protected health information and is handled in accordance with HIPAA and our Notice of Privacy Practices, available at any store and from your pharmacist.
Refills: online refills are processed by our pharmacy portal partner, RefillRx; the information you enter there is governed by our pharmacy privacy practices.
We use your information to fill and transfer prescriptions, process orders, respond to requests, and — with your consent — send our newsletter. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it except with service providers who help us operate (under appropriate agreements) or where the law requires.
Texas residents may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold, and may opt out of marketing at any time. To exercise any of these rights, call your store or visit us in person — we’ll verify your identity and take it from there. For records covered by pharmacy regulations, retention requirements may apply.
Pages on this site link to and embed content from our own channels on outside platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Canva) and partners (RefillRx, Jotform). Videos load in privacy-enhanced mode and only when you press play. Once you leave for a third-party site, its privacy policy applies.
